Victorian Home Rewire – Pacific Heights
This elegant three-story Victorian home in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood was built in 1904 — and still had original knob-and-tube wiring throughout. The challenge? Bring the home up to code while keeping original moldings, finishes, and floorplans untouched.
Our team completed a full electrical rewire, including a new 200-amp panel, grounding, outlet and switch upgrades, and strategic wire routing to avoid disturbing decorative moldings and plasterwork. From the tight attic crawlspaces to the delicate finishes in the parlor, every detail was handled with precision and respect for the home’s original character.
The home now has a safe, reliable, and code-compliant electrical infrastructure — with no disruption to its timeless style.
